EquiWatch, the most complete horse management system on the Internet, was designed to make it easier to maintain and manage all your important horse information. EquiWatch memberships are valid for one year, and range from $29.95 for a single horse, to $79.95 for an unlimited number of horses. You may upgrade at any time after joining as a Single Horse member for just $10.00 per additional horse, good until the original expiration of your membership. Security: EquiWatch uses a database to store member information in a safe and secure manner. The system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (except for occasional maintenance and upgrade outages), and is backed up several times per day to insure the highest possible data integrity. Our members' information is available only to themselves or their authorized agents and is protected by several different security technologies. Record-keeping: EquiWatch provides records for feeds and supplements, farrier appointments and shoeing history, vet appointments and medical history, as well as general horse information including photos and pedigree. All information is maintained per horse, and all journals are designed to be quick and easy to use. Numerous reports, all in Adobe PDF format, are available including: general information report, various journal reports based on selectable time periods, and specific reports for feed, farrier and vet information. Email Reminders: The most unique feature of EquiWatch is the automated email reminder system. Every member can set reminders for Coggins tests, farrier visits, vaccinations and dewormings, vet visits and up to five special reminders such as show dates, travel dates, entry form deadlines, feed order dates, and much more. Every reminder is set up individually and has a selectable advance notice period, so if you only need a few days to schedule a deworming but need two weeks to arrange for shoeing, your reminders will arrive in a timely manner. Members also can specify an additional email address to receive reminders, so you can get one at home and a copy at work, or at the farm, or send a copy to your spouse, trainer or agent.
