[November 6, 2002] - EquiWatch LLC and Primedia Equine Network announce marketing and strategic partnership. With EquiWatch as the provider of the most complete horse management system on the Internet, and with Primedia as the largest publisher of equine enthusiast magazines (Dressage Today, Equus, Horse and Rider, Practical Horseman) and operator of one of the largest equine portal sites on the Internet (www.equisearch.com) the partnership promises some new and exciting opportunities for horse owners throughout the world. EquiWatch Marketing Director, Bruce Brownson, stated "This partnership will allow EquiWatch to 'get the message out' to considerably more horse owners sooner than we expected, thus allowing us to accelerate development of many new ideas we want to provide our members. Additionally, our partnership with Primedia allows our members to have immediate access to excellent research and editorial content."

Mr. Brownson continued, "Our current development programs are being stepped-up considerably, and we expect to launch the new version of the Basic membership shortly after the New Year, and the Gold membership will follow later in 2003. After that, we will be aggressively moving forward with more ideas to continually benefit horse owners everywhere. [June 24, 2002] - EquiWatch starts development of new Basic membership version and Gold membership with added features. Said company Technology Director, Tom Dougherty, "Based on some exceptional feedback from current members and in cooperation with Primedia Equine Network, we are going to develop an enhanced version of the Basic membership. We will be including image uploads and pedigree management of each horse, complete support for Canadian and International members, and all reports will dynamically generated in Adobe Acrobat® PDF format."

With regard to the Gold membership, Mr. Dougherty stated, "The Gold membership is being designed to include numerous new features specifically developed for the competitive horse owner. Horse show enthusiasts, racing and rodeo participants, and other competitive owners will have more tools to manage their horse information from anywhere, anytime." Mr. Dougherty declined to comment on the specific features but said, "We are confident and excited that the Gold membership will take EquiWatch clearly to a new level. [April 2, 2002] - EquiWatch launchs first version of the Internet's most complete equine information management system. Said EquiWatch LLC managing member, Joyce Dougherty, "We are very excited that the public debut of EquiWatch has arrived. The last several months have been a blur of excitement as we modified and improved the application based on substantial input from our beta testers. I'd like to thank all of the people who have supported our testing and development effort for their involvement and ideas. EquiWatch is now an even better web site and information management system, due largely to some excellent input we received over the last three months."

Ms. Dougherty further stated, "With this public launch we have achieved a milestone, not only for EquiWatch, but for all horse owners across the country. EquiWatch represents the first truly comprehensive Internet based equine information management system, and we are proud to offer this opportunity for horse owners to begin to spend more time riding, and less time organizing their equine records. We hope the public finds EquiWatch as useful and beneficial as our beta testers have, and we look forward to further development of even more features and benefits within the system."
[January 14, 2002] - EquiWatch LLC managing member, Joyce Dougherty, announced today that Bruce B. Brownson of Alexandria, VA joined the company as a member and Director of Marketing. Mr. Brownson is also the President and CEO of KnowWho, Inc. [ www.knowwho.com], a publisher of print and Internet directories and services for businesses. "Mr. Brownson will play a key role in the future of EquiWatch, and will be working initially on establishing several key channel partner alliances. We are very pleased to have Bruce working with us as we move rapidly toward the public deployment of the Internet's only true equine information management system", said Ms. Dougherty.
[November 11, 2001] - EquiWatch LLC member, Tom Dougherty, announced today that beta testing has started for the EquiWatch system. The beta testing phase is expected to last between 60 and 90 days, and is the final step before the public deployment. Said Mr. Dougherty, "We're very optimistic about this final phase of development of the Internet's only equine management system. With more than 3,000 man hours of development time invested to this point, we are anxious to move forward with our testing. If all goes well, we would expect to unveil the application to the public in late January or early February 2002."
[September 26, 2001] - EquiWatch LLC managing member, Joyce Dougherty, announced today that the Articles of Organization for the company have been filed with the State of Maryland, and that development continues to move forward at an exceptional pace. "This completes the last of the organizational tasks for the company", said Ms. Dougherty, "and paves the way for continued progress toward the completion of the development phase of the software. We look forward to a possible beta testing phase starting in late November or early December."
